Hyflux
Water Trust ("HWT")
is the first pure-play global water business trust to
be listed on a securities exchange in Asia that provides
investors with an opportunity to invest in water-related
infrastructure assets in the People's Republic of China
("PRC"), India, the Middle East and North
Africa region ("MENA") and other high-growth
markets globally.
Sponsored
by Hyflux Ltd (the "Sponsor") and managed
by Hyflux Water Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Trustee-Manager"),
a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sponsor, HWT will immediately
upon listing have 13 water plants in the PRC with a
total capacity of 445,000 m³/day.

The
water and wastewater treatment industry is one
of the most crucial infrastructure sectors globally
and in Asia. Led by an experienced investment
management team, the Trustee-Manager will capitalise
on the positive outlook of the global water sector
and the synergistic business models of HWT and
the Sponsor, as well as leverage the rights of
first offer, rights of first refusal and rights
to match granted by the Sponsor ("ROFOAR"),
and the strengths of the Sponsor, to help generate
deal flow, assess opportunities, and maximise
the value of HWT's investments.

Positioned
for future growth, HWT will pursue yield accretive acquisitions
to achieve long term, regular and predictable distributable
income for investors. The Trustee-Manager is forecasting
a minimum annualised DPU of 4.46 cents in 2008 and a
minimum annualised DPU of 5.26 cents in 2009.

Forecast DPU for Forecast Year 2008 is subject
to the assumptions contained in the Prospectus
and is shown after giving effect to the waiver
by the Sponsor SPV (as defined in the Prospectus)
of its entitlement to distributions payable in
respect of all the Sponsor Units (as defined in
the Prospectus).
Before giving effect to the waiver by the Sponsor
SPV, the Forecast DPU for Forecast Year 2008 is
